It is located in Hospitalet de Llobregat a few minutes from the Collblanc metro stop. It is 7 minutes away from Zona Universitària with the metro L9S which makes it perfect for students at Universitat de Barcelona or UPC. It also is near Sants train station and good connections with Diagonal street by bus. A big market to get fresh fruits and a variety grocery stores located nearby make this location comfortable for living. The proximity with the iconic Camp Nou (15 mins walking) also make it fun. This fee is calculated by multiplying the monthly agency cost (listed under “Other Costs”) by the number of months you plan to stay. Example: If the agency fee is €200 per month and you are staying for 3 months: €200 × 3 months = €600 total agency fee DEPOSIT: - up to 6 months rental period: The deposit fee is one monthly rent month - more than 6 months rental period: the deposit fee is two monthly rent. BILLS: The bills mentioned in the listing are an estimate, at the end of your tenancy you will be shown how much has been consumed and accordingly the difference will be charged to you or returned to you CONTRACTS: - Contracts will be sent to each tenant and guarantor’s email.
